Auto-play is enabled. Auto-driving is always active. Auto-buying of low addresses is always active. Why?

Auto-buying of discounted high addresses is . Auto-building is .

Auto play is disabled.

The minimum number of plots to buy at once. We recommended a width of 2 for building towers. For high level players only.

Demand steep discounts when buying high address lands. We recommend the default setting of 2.

Build improvements only when additional rental units are this much cheaper than the floor.

What is the difference between hoarding tokens in-game versus accumulating land?

Land is an income producing asset. While token prices may fluctuate on external markets, they do not generate income.

The floor price of land increases along a predefined exponential price curve. Purchases of low address lands drive price increases.

Idle tokens are not recirculated in the in-game economy. Active tokens are recirculated from the game's treasury to players who "Drive & Claim".

This disadvantages the in-game token hoarder in several ways:

  1. Active, recirculating tokens can be reused to purchase multiple lands.
  2. Missed rental income as low addresses are purchased by others.
  3. Missed opportunities for prime building locations as low addresses are purchased by others.
  4. Missed opportunities for driving floor price increases.
  5. Holding static tokens vs. holding income producting land.
  6. Holding static tokens vs. holding land which increases in price.

Conclusion: Active buyers will out-compete idle hoarders by increasing their relative share of the in-game economy.

When is token hoarding optimal?

Hoarding tokens is an optimal strategy when you are preparing to exit the game. The Autodrive feature is specifically designed to ensure maximum engagement and growth within the game economy.

If you intend to pursue further gains, your tokens should be immediately reinvested into land acquisition or improvements.

How is the high address discount rate calculated?

The high address discount rate is as follows: MyMaxBid = CityFloorPrice MyDiscountRate × ( HighAddressMintPrice CityFloorPrice )

The formula demands increasing discounts for land further from the current floor. This ensures that you will never overpay for less desirable high addressed land. Higher addresses have higher building and minting costs.

We recommend the default settings. Increase your discount rate to demand even steeper discounts for high addresses. Note that the default settings will prevent you from purchasing extremely high addresses.

You can also disable high address purchases altogether. Remember, you can always manually purchase these lands in-game.

How is the discount rate for improvements calculated?

Auto-build happens when: BuildCostAtLocation RentalUnitsToBeBuiltExistingRentalUnits < CityFloorPrice × MyBuildDiscountRate

This ensures you only build upgrades when they are this much cheaper than buying land at the floor. Remember, there are opportunity costs associated with not purchasing additional city land.

What if there are multiple actions I could potentially take in a single turn?

In this case the auto-drive system will rank all of the available actions. First, the additional rental units a buy or build action will give you is tabulated. The final ranking is performed by sorting these actions by the price per additional rental unit.

The auto-drive system will perform any free moves as resulting from your buy or build actions.

We believe this system covers almost all edge cases and fully optimizes your strategy.
